We have here one local broacaster, ABC7, WJLA-DT, which transmits "local point TV" in its 7-3 multiplex. Local productions. I have no idea how successful it is, however only one broadcaster is doing this. My bet is that if it had been such a huge hit, others would have joined in the fray. And I doubt you would transmit ONLY that "local point TV" programming to mobile devices, and expect huge success. But hey, you're the broadcaster. The best I can do is tell you what I'd tune out.
