Yes, they are doing this. We had such a small cell at the
brewery I used to work for. It was located in a metal building
that made reliable service impossible in the building. It did
not use WiFi.
So there you go. You should have wondered why the need to grab unlicensed
spectrum for this purpose.
And then you should gone back and deleted your first response, which I repeat
here:
Macrocells are not going to use the 5 GHz spectrum - that
annoying little argument about capacity versus coverage.

Sure it matters Bert. You are backtracking on what you said
yesterday, that I called you out on.
As you saw, there was no backtracking. So, remove the offending text. Or it
sounds like you're still not getting it.
YUP. But this was NOT a case of inadequate regulation. The South
Florida Build code was working quite well.
As long as you see that regulations are needed sometimes, and why they are
needed, we have no argument.
