It's ironic how Tom Wheeler was initially accused of being in cahoots with 
the special interests, and proved the critics thoroughly wrong, and instead 
this time we are seeing this effect. Still, so far it's just about 
transparency in describing what customers are paying for. Neutrality is not 
being changed yet. Let's see how far the funny business goes.

Wheeler was in cahoots (or under the influence) of President Obama, who pushed 
for the misguided Title II decision. We have seen where Obama's FCC was headed 
via the STB NPRM - aggressive Internet regulation.

Thankfully it looks like the new FCC and Congress will end this attempt to give 
the FCC authority to regulate the Internet.
