If the broadcast flag is there, it locks up
tight as a clam about 99% of the time. A miracle
might allow you to push "station down" during the 1% 
and stop the
lockup. The only sure cure is to unplug it (you can't
tuen if off ... it's locked up), remove the
antenna, turn it on, do a rescan, reconnect the
antenna,
and find each station manually, except the afflicted
one.
This rebuilds the station list.

They are sending me the upgrade and I will eventually
report what happens. Currently, however, the station
that caused the problem has PSIP turned off again.
