I've not spent more than 5 or more hours with the DVB-SI spec, but I don't
recall any content restriction elements in DVB-SI.

Also, it's news to me if the Triveni Guidebuilder was ported from DVB. (Is
that why it is -- illogically -- written in Java by a Chinese programmer?)
In visits to the Triveni web site, I've never found any sign that they offer
DVB metadata products.

Our Trevini Guidebuilder has several attribute checkboxes that can be set
for each program, such as "Parental Control" and "Captioning Service." One
attribute is called "Content Redistribution." I have no idea if it really
sets the ATSC Broadcast Flag, or if it is a holdover from the original DVB
program guide software that is was ported from.
