Bert asks why the Chairman and the industry are not talking about
digital radio, even as he promotes analog FM and Next Radio.

Are you claiming that HD Radio chips don't exist? Let's see if Craig can answer
this simple question. Can cell phones incorporate FM tuners? Since the answer
is yes, then what makes Craig think that these same cell phones can't have HD
Radio tuners, instead or in addition to FM?

2. iBiquity charges a per unit royalty for their standard.
I might this objection, but is the number significant? Since you whined about
royalties in ATSC, and the effect was utterly insignificant, one has to wonder.
3. Broadcasters are focused on their primary service
They are already broadcasti ng in HD Radio. This is another non-issue.
Three strikes, you're out.
