?Liceo is used in Costa Rica as well, but it's the place that you go to school,
like the actual building "voy al liceo" vs. "estoy en colegio" to say that you
are a high school student

Yesterday I heard Leela say, "colegio", for Junior college in her presentation
for OHSU. I think the issue is that Junior College does not really exist.
Also I think another aspect you could include on the poster is privada,
religiosa, publica.

Thanks,

Kate

Hi all,

I'm trying to clarify educational levels and their names in Spanish for my
students and would like to make a poster. The terms I´m used to don´t seem to
resonate with my mostly Mexican Spanish speaking students. Can you weigh in on
whether this is correct / needs modifications or additions, please?

Thanks!! :)
