I've seen this happen regularly to one particular player on our server, though
no one else seems to be affected. That player typically has a 200ms+ ping. He
is able to talk when it happens. I can also see his player in the game, which
appears to be shaking back and forth. The server log says "need full update"
several times before the player disconnects and rejoins.
