This problem only seems to occur on Mac when the server list in odalaunch is
reverse sorted which means one of the columns is sorted from large to small. An
example would be sorting the list from highest ping to lowest ping. While
sorted this way, when the entire server list is refreshed or a new list is
obtained from the master server, the server list will fill up with blank items.
If the list is resorted to lowest to highest and then refreshed again it is
filled correctly. This problem occurs with both wxWidgets 2.8.10 and 2.8.12.
