These are the photos I was able to obtain of the red-tailed hawk seen East
of Tillamook on Highway 6. Sorry that the pictures aren't better but the
bird was at distance. I have other views if needed. We agree with Will
Risser who first saw this bird that it is consistent with a juvenile, light
morph Harlan's, but are eager to learn if others have different opinions.
