- Comments: "Super distant, but first observed then went around other side
of the lake to get a few more photos. Coloration was consistent with a
curlew or Marbled Godwit from a distance when there was more light and it
was at my back since I was looking east. Kept getting glimpses of a what I
thought was a mostly straight bill (and got the photo - bird to the right
of the middle gull) vs. a curved bill as seen in a curlew. It was
distinctly larger than the adjacent Franklins Gull. It appeared similar in
size the RBGUs but a few photos on the other side of the lake make it look
quite a bit smaller than the RBGU while others show similar sized birds."

- Comments: "As I was leaving the park I heard something calling overhead
that I couldn’t make out. at first I thought it was an odd least sandpiper
but then saw a mostly white bird underneath (possibly blue in the head
area, didn’t get the best looks) with a long tail that came to a point.
Tail was almost as long as the body. Bigger than the swifts with a
different flight pattern. Calls I searched online all matched Budgerigar"
