We also use Laserfiche Forms. The product is well designed and the integration
with Laserfiche document management is a big plus.
Our use of Laserfiche Forms is primarily for public facing forms - anonymous
fillers. Unfortunately, as already mentioned, the licensing model is
(ridiculously) cost prohibitive for any kind of widely used internal form
requiring workflow and authenticated approval. If this is your target feature,
don’t waste your time and money. Look for something else.
