City of Central Point also uses Laserfiche Forms & Workflow. I agree with
Mark’s comments. We use it externally for Water Service turn ons, Water
Service turn offs, Business License processing, Public Works Construction
Permit Applications, Special Event Applications, etc. Internally we use it for
Time Off Requests, Training Requests, Weed Abatement processing, etc.
The Workflow engine is very powerful and customizable. Forms lets you leverage
external data sources for queries and data population tasks.
In my opinion their licensing model is terrible and expensive but it does work
well. They do not offer a concurrent user license model. They would get more
customers if their licensing model was more flexible.

Jackson County uses Laserfiche
Forms<https://www.laserfiche.com/products/electronic-forms/>. Very flexible
and powerful, and therefore not cheap, but a good enterprise-grade solution,
especially for those already using Laserfiche for document management.

Hello,
The City of Medford uses Seamless Docs. It’s a hosted solution and is good for
simple workflows. It also allows for signatures.

I second Todd’s request….I’d love to hear what folks are using for enterprise
forms & workflows. I’ve heard some folks use Sharepoint, and a few may have
figured that out in Laserfiche, but a friendlier and less expensive option
would be fantastic. Anyone?

We are looking for a digital way for us to manage and route forms here at the
county. Does anyone out there have a product that they use for this purpose?
