With an Office365 subscription you have the ability to use Forms and Flows.
Flow may be an extra license depending on how deep you dive into the world of
Flow; the licenses only needs to be purchased for the developer of the Flow.
One example of how we use Forms and Flow is for new users. When the supervisor
fills out the Form it kicks off a Flow that notifies IT, creates a meeting
invite on the IT calendar so we know when the user arrives, and sends a welcome
email to the new user on their start day with how-to videos on common questions.
Forms is part of the O365 licenses and Flow developer license is $147 a year.

I second Todd’s request….I’d love to hear what folks are using for enterprise
forms & workflows. I’ve heard some folks use Sharepoint, and a few may have
figured that out in Laserfiche, but a friendlier and less expensive option
would be fantastic. Anyone?
