Again guys, I will leave this up to the developers, because I'm not a
programmer. I have two solutions, one being that the East speak data that's
being used is inside over the ad on itself, so it's not using NVDA's East
speak. Or, like you said, it can start using East speak and G.

I have noticed that there is a new bug with the NV Speech Player in the
latest NVDA. The speech does not sound correct. I think that this issue
appears because of the new e speak NG that comes with NVDA.
