Wow yes! Hope there wer a way for me to be able to have either a BrailleNote Touch donated or loaned, and other new technology; I'm the director of the Ciberaprendiendo podcast over at ww.eiberoamerica.com, thus if I'd record several Spanish podcasts of these, it'd be a way to promote this technology among the Spanish-blind. Write me at gera1027@xxxxxxxxx so as not to clutter the list.

Also, what do you all think of just a plain braille display connected to an

My opinion, if some sighted person wanted access to a screen,
then they should bring their own screen to hok it up too, no
offense.  And Android gestures on the Touch? From what I heard,
forget it.
Thanks,

In case a sighted person needed to look at your touch for some
reason.
Also a person who is familiar with android gestures could use the
touch stream like an android device.<div

I may not like the touch for reasons of my own, but I'd still
take the
touch over the polaris.  I heard a presentation on the polaris
and
thought the device wasn't that good.  Just because it runs a
newer
version of android doesn't mean its better.  I don't like that
the
polaris doesn't have any kind of visual screen.  Also, for me,
the
polaris had way to many buttons on it.  Also, from the
presentation I
heard, the voice on the device sounded like a piece of crap.
The nice
thing about the touch, were the voices on it were very clear, it
could
connect to wifi extremely fast.  I had no problems with the
processor
on the touch, I was just upset that I couldn't install certain
apps.
Even though I may return my touch, doesn't mean I won't be
interested
in hearing any new updates that will be coming along.  I'm not
exactly
sure even if I will return the touch.  I'm just considering it.
There
are several apps that work very well on the touch.  I like using
Skype
on the device and pandora, and youtube.  Reading bookshare books
also
works very well.  The braille display is great.<div

I would not get A B2G at all.  The touch is a much better
device.
I
have only had my touch a short time, but it really works well.
It
connects to wifi extremely quickly, and I can use apps like
pandora,
skype, and youtube.  I  have heard from people who have had a
b2gg,
but the device isn't google certified yet.  I'd go with the
touch.<div
