I'll check with SHA. They had stated a while ago that they were going to
install some safety improvements at Chicago and Philadelphia (and elsewhere
on Philly). I don't know why it's taken so long to move on what they agreed
to.

calming much like Dale Dr. in Silver Spring was in the past. The
lowered speed limit is a great start but there was an accident in front of
my house a few weeks ago on the downhill section of Philly before Piney
Branch by speeding distracted drivers.
