I think there is room for both a stop sign at Chicago and the light at
Takoma which is useful for many. I would go even further to say that this
section of Philadelphia needs to be looked at by the SHA for traffic
calming much like Dale Dr. in Silver Spring was in the past. The
lowered speed limit is a great start but there was an accident in front of
my house a few weeks ago on the downhill section of Philly before Piney
Branch by speeding distracted drivers.
