Peter, We have had extensive work done in our back yard to channel,
control, absorb the water that is now coming downhill to us. This was our
response to a major basement flood after almost 30 years of dry basement.
Would we be able to apply for some reimbursement?  Would there be a
reduction in storm water fees for our work?  thanks, Steve Brown
