I have been unable to even ascertain what the exact mapping is and how the City 
is using it. The MOCO MCAtlas GIS  should only be used for planning and zoning 
purposes and is not sufficiently accurate to delineate property boundaries. In 
my stormwater research work, I have also found that the topographic contours on 
the GIS are not sufficiently accurate to be used for small areas like an 
individual property although they are useful for larger areas like 
subwatersheds. The only way to know either boundaries or topography of an 
individual property is by employing a licensed surveyor
