[nama] remove_track fixed

Hi Namites,
I was under some dark clouds with confusing test results
on a couple of branches.
I think the results came from a wrong working directory
setting.
Having addressed that, I was able to
locate and fix the remove_track bug.
Now that is solved, in master and dev branches.
Also, the problem with mute, etc. in dev/lat4 has been found
and resolved.
Onward and upward!
