Some of my photos are getting downsampled in the hard drive. For example, I’ve
just found two nearly identical shots taken within seconds of each other. When
I processed them back in April both were 4.5 MB, now one of them is 219 KB.
It’s happened with JPEGs. JPFs. TIFFs and PSD formats. I’ve no idea what’s
doing it. They’re not squeezed for size on the hard drive; I’ve got more than
one and a half terabytes of leeway. I’m running 10.10.5 on a three-year-old
iMac. Ideas. anyone?---
