Thanks for reply. Done that and it doesn't work mate. At one point deleting the 
print queue on the client actually removed it from server end (or so I was told 
by my colleague as I wasn't there at the time). This I find hard to believe, 
but I believe my colleague. 

Have you had printers preinstalled in your image with default profile and 
everything? Using Imagecast that is?

Sounds like there may be stuff that was in the print queue when it was
imaged. Try shutting off the spooler service and then deleting any print
jobs.
