It could be a number of things William.

Check your printer and do a head clean/nozzle check.
Check that there is sufficient black ink in the cartridge.
If it's only the Word Art sections that this affects it could be worth
going back in to see what the real colour setting is for that colour
selection - printers make black either from just the black cartridge or by
adding the colour cartridges together.

Hopefully one of these (or maybe a combo) will sort your problem.

top portion of my printing comes out a pretty shade of pink and black when

print something out.I have the printer set to auto and the printer setting

is for text print.I have tried setting the colour to black and the same
thing happens.What comes out in pinkish colours has been done in
word-art.This has worked great for 2 years and has suddenly started....any

suggestions as to how to correct this problem......thx.....bill
