[mso] word-printer

I hope this is going to the proper group.Please refer me to the proper group
if you can't help.I have an epson cx5400 printer 3 in1 kind. Suddenly the
top portion of my printing comes out a pretty shade of pink and black when i
print something out.I have the printer set to auto and the printer setting
is for text print.I have tried setting the colour to black and the same
thing happens.What comes out in pinkish colours has been done in
word-art.This has worked great for 2 years and has suddenly started....any
suggestions as to how to correct this problem......thx.....bill
