I would endorse Ray's suggestion with the following caveat - many freeware PDF converters do not support vast numbers of fonts so if you try to convert a *complex* Publisher file you will get *complex* gobbledegook or just plain gaps in the pages! I know, believe me I know!!! In any event, I *always* embed fonts in Publisher files I intend sharing as they have a habit of behaving a bit oddly when it comes to sending themselves to other screens - even within the same company!
