A further thought is to get them to add you as a delegate for their calendars - which can be done without them having to give you access to their email or other folders. That way you can - once your Outlook profile has been set up correctly (again prob with network admin assistance) approve or reject meeting requests according to their diary commitments. But if there are a lot of people involved you might consider this not practical. Anne -----Original Message----- From: mso-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:mso-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Linda F. I'm assuming if different people are having different results, some may have that checked and some may not. --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free.
