Ps the problem with changing modes is ....they don't' apply to outlook
2002 I don't have
On the Tools menu, click Options.
On the Mail Delivery Tab, click Reconfigure Mail Support.
Or To change the installation type from CW to IMO, follow these steps:
On the Tools menu, click Options.
On the Mail Services tab, click Reconfigure Mail Support

how do you know whether the

Go to Help > About to see what mode you are in.

With a new profile, you can simply point it to the existing PST file to
keep all your emails, etc.
Rules... I can't remember...something about a file with a .RWZ
extension?
