My first thought is to go ahead and hover just below the title bar and right
click to see if a menu option pops up.
My second thought is that you've got some kind of malware on your computer,
in which case you should download a program like Ad-Aware from
http://www.lavasoft.com and run it to get rid of any malware objects you may
have on your computer.
