I did, however, report to the Better Business Bureau who sent me a fax and an email that the problem would be corrected via conversation with the BBB, the store's wholesaler, the manager, and a person at Microsoft to explain Office 97 wasn't being supported. I decided if they did all that, the best I could do is just stay out of it. I don't buy software there. I do buy paper, 3-ring binders, pens, pencils there. They are the most economical in town for those. I think the manager was "new" (not an excuse) and wanted to stand out in sales.
