And, forgive me if this is a dumb question, but could the problem be the
format of the phone number, i.e. (###)###-#### or ###.###.#### or
###-###-####? Do you see what I mean? I couldn't begin to tell you how to
fix it if it were the problem, but maybe the cool kids on this list could?
