Ok..I really don't mean to be a scrooge here, but I have two suggestions for you Kathie 1.) Since it's a brand new computer, if it doesn't work, the seller of the computer SHOULD help you...if they don't, send it back. Be careful what you change becuz changing things could void your warranty and you won't be ABLE to send it back. 2.) If you DO want to continue troubleshooting this, take it to a Windows XP group, since this group is for Office ONLY.
