[mso] Setting Autofilter to NonBlanks

I would like to configure a spreadsheet so that the default of Autofilter is
set to (NonBlanks) as opposed to (All).
Is it possible?
Can it be done with a configuration settings, or would I need to create a macro
for this purpose? If the latter, can the macro be invoked at the time the
workbook is openned?
