Create a report and print to a file.

Larry

Simple.
1. File --> Export
2. Select filetype as "txt", and choose your filename
3. Select "Export All"
4. In Export Wizard, Select Fixed width, and click the Advanced button
5. In "Field Information", specify the start and width values of the tables
fields
6. Click "Next" to make any necessayr changes to your start and width values
7. Click finish

Subject: [mso] Access 2007 export

I need to export a table as a fixed-width file, but there doesnâ??t seem to be
any
way of creating the export specification to do that. It was possible in Access
2003. Could there be some missing add-in?
