Then it sounds like there's a problem with the server...if the server =
was
found, but Outlook couldn't get a  response from it

Maybe Greg will jump in here when he has time...this stuff is really his
fort=E9...not mine, unfortunately=20

Hi Linda,

When I clicked "Test Account Settings" everything was
'completed' except for 'send test email message'.=20
This one said 'failed'.  It seems the problem has to
do with the port #, which is 110 and the SSL.  The
specified server was found but no response from the
server.  Does this make sense?
