[mso] Re: Problem with Outlook 2002

Hi Linda,

When I clicked "Test Account Settings" everything was
'completed' except for 'send test email message'. 
This one said 'failed'.  It seems the problem has to
do with the port #, which is 110 and the SSL.  The
specified server was found but no response from the
server.  Does this make sense?
