Cathy
there is a feature in the new PowerPoint's called Pack and Go, under the
files menu.

This will automatically bundle your presentation to a cd or any thing you
want and include all the linked material and imbedded.

I don't know about you but when I go to give a presentation I get paranoid
to the max!

I always have my laptop but then I back the presentation up at least once.
This Pack and GO feature under the Files menu is a life saver.
