Hi everybody. I am new to the group and already have a question. I am trying to compose a message rule in outlook but am stumped. I belong to an email list. There is one person in that group whose messages I want to sort as junk, but I cannot figure out how to sort only that one person's messages into the junk folder. I've tried sorting out the offending address like this: groupname@xxxxxxxxxxxx on behalf of personname [address@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] That dumps all of the group messages into the junk folder. If I sort by just the person's email address, it won't sort those messages from the group email. It only sorts them if they come directly from the person. It's weird because I have no trouble sorting in outlook express. Any suggestions?
