I'm still working this problem....I found this at microsoft's support
website:

It is a recent article talking about large .pst files and performance
issues. I was seeing this warning for two of my .pst files. I have split up
one of them into two and I think I'm not seeing the warning on that one
anymore. I also compacted my .pst files and that may have helped some, too.
