Hi Jim ... It was a known issue with 2002 (lots of people had the problem)
... then it didn't happen with 2003 (at least not to me and most of the
others in this group) ... and I'm also not seeing it happen (yet) with 2007,
so that's why I suspected an add-in or something.

sufficient time after it appears that Outlook closes (an additional =

seconds) then I don't have the problem. If I shutdown the computer =

that additional time I always get that error. While the process appears =
