No way to keep it "synched" without a network...you need to use Exchange
Server to create offline folders, which is what "synching" is.  The only
thing you can do is copy your pst file from one computer to
another....it will override what is there if you copy it over top of the
existing pst, so you might want to make a second one and open it from
File>Open>Personal Folder

But this is NOT synching....synching is not possible without Exchange
Server on a network.....sorry

Gene and Linda,

Changed my Outlook settings so messages are not saved on the server.
That seems to have solved the problem of duplicate mail. Only receiving
one copy of each message for the last few days which sure cuts down on
the mail! Thanks.

Next question. How does one keep their email on desktop and laptop
synced without having a network?
