Gene and Linda,

Changed my Outlook settings so messages are not saved on the server.
That seems to have solved the problem of duplicate mail. Only receiving
one copy of each message for the last few days which sure cuts down on
the mail! Thanks.

Next question. How does one keep their email on desktop and laptop
synced without having a network?

<I hope someone can give you a answer Jan. This happens with different
e-mails here but it seems to be the problem of the servers not with
Outlook or at least that is what I have been told by my Server Cox.net
and a cable hook up?

Hope you get a good answer as I will be watching.

Gene>

<Question: I receive 2-4 copies of every email message. How do I
eliminate the duplications?>
