[mso] Outlook 2002

All of Office 2K2 appears to have adopted a new way of "hilighting" the
"hover" over buttons

Where Office previous used a 3-D raised button effect, Office 2K2 uses
an ugly blue outline and a colored background that interferes with
reading the button.

Is any of this under user control?
Or is this another failed attempt at improving usability that I'll just
have to accept?
