Sounds like you don't need instructions cuz that's exactly what I did...when I first started using Outlook 2003, I didn't realize I had the wrong format and couldn't use my pst in Outlook 2002 anymore (tho I can't really see why I would want to anymore...I am WAY in love with Outlook 2003)...but anyway...that's exactly what I did..I just made a new one, using the old format and dragged everything in there Linda F.
