I agree. I do some tech email support, and usually I will get one or two 
email/day asking me why I did not respond to his/her question from day 
before, or two days ago. I confess I did not receive, apologize, proceed to 
answer it, and the email arrives seconds after I send the answer. Shouldn't 
be the case, but we do have bottlenecks even in this world of the Internet.
