[mso] MSOffice 2007 problem with word directory mail merge using excel spreadsheet for data

I'm fine at setting up the merge but when I click "merge to idividual 
documents" the process drops every other record from the sheet.  I'm thinking 
that the file is corrupted but was hoping that perhaps this is a hiccup for 
which there is a work around.  Desparately need help - ugh.
