On the drawing toolbar there are autoshapes available under
the flowcharting shapes. You can draw the shape and
right-mouse click on the shape and select add text.

This is true. However ...
The text is confined to a rectangular area within the overall shape.
You cannot "pour" the text into the shape and have it conform to the shape.
