Well then, that's your problem, you can't concatenate data inside a cell,
you have to concatenate the cell names where the first and last names are.

Excel doesn't recognize LastName and FirstName in your formula....the
contents of the cells means nothing to Excel, that's why you are getting
#Name?...Excel thinks LastName and FirstName are range names, but they
aren't.

These are columns of data containing text. LastName and FirstName are
the column titles.

What are "LastName" and "FirstName"?  Are they still present when you
reopen the workbook....the #Name? error means it isn't recognizing those
names....since I have no clue how this data is laid out, I'm not sure
how to answer this...can you create range names for LastName and
FirstName?  If they are range names, Excel will recognize them and your
formula will work...if, however, they are field names or something that
are no longer present when you reopen Excel, that is why you are getting
the error.=20
