Well then, that's your problem, you can't concatenate data inside a cell, you have to concatenate the cell names where the first and last names are. Excel doesn't recognize LastName and FirstName in your formula....the contents of the cells means nothing to Excel, that's why you are getting #Name?...Excel thinks LastName and FirstName are range names, but they aren't.
