I tried it again and it appears to work. Are you getting the wrong
answer or an error message like #value. Did you see Ray's message, that
you have to press Ctrl-Shift-enter to enter it as an array formula?=20

I cannot get it to work still.....here is what I have:
=3D3DSUM(IF(Allgier!A4:A100<>"",IF(Allgier!F4:F100=3D3D"",1,0),0))
Allgier is the name of the worksheet it is pulling information off of.
The Range is A4:100. It is checking it anything is written in the
cells.

And if a corresponding cell F4:F100 is empty I want it to be counted on
the main page.

On the worksheet named- SUMMARY, in Cell-B5, I would like a Count of
occurrences that meet both criteria's below: =3D3D20
Look on the worksheet named-ALLGIER, in Column A to see if there is
anything in that cell, (*note*-the data doesn't start until Row 4).

If the same Row of that cell has nothing in Column F
