[mso] Re: Countif

I sent this earlier today from work, but it doesn't seem to
have gotten to the list, so I'll try from home.

I think this might work.

  =SUM(IF(A2:A10="ALLGIER",IF(F2:F10="",1,0),0)) Replace the
range A2:A10 and F2:F10 with your ranges.

Christine

I appreciate your assistance and I do apologize but I am
still confused.
If I can get this to work I will be able to apply it to most
of the documents I work with and will save me a lot of time
daily.
--------------------------------------

On the worksheet named- SUMMARY, in Cell-B5, I would like a
Count of occurrences that meet both criteria's below: =20

Look on the worksheet named-ALLGIER, in Column A to see if
there is anything in that cell, (*note*-the data doesn't
start until Row 4).

                ------AND-------

If the same Row of that cell has nothing in Column F

Subject: [mso] Countif

=3D20
Worksheet name: Allgier

COUNTIF in the row, column F is blank and Column A has
something in it.

 =3D20

One of the many attempts I have made is as seen below:

=3D20

=3D3DCOUNTIF(Allgier!F4:F100,("")&Countif(Allgier!A4:A100,(<
>"")

=3D20

=3D20

Thank you,

T
